In response to the comments~ I never really check these websites and don't want to have my own website so here's some basic info that should answer most questions...

The centre is open now 6 days a week (closed on sundays) and the schedule is as above for the daily drop-in classes. There's no need to book & we're open year round usually.

All classes are suitable for beginner to advanced as modifications and variations are included to suit everyone. We've studied and practiced many lineages of Hatha Yoga. This is evident in our teachings as we don't adhere to any one way of practicing.
A range of different Yoga styles are taught & classes are quite dynamic and uplifting yet each class finishes with proper relaxation to calm and balance the central nervous system.
Pranayam and sitting are included in most classes.

The price is 300baht for a 2 hour sessions but cheaper if you buy a 10 class card (2500bt).

Dear Sir/Madame,
I am coming over to Koh Tao tomorrow (Wednesday, 30th) for a few days. I would like to know if I can just show up at your centre to attend a basic yoga class?

I have been practicing Astanga since some 10 months, i.e. I am on a beginners level.
