Bhora Bhora - mid range - Chalok ban Kao

On the south of the island a range of resorts can be found with Chalok Ban Kao being the most developed beach in the area.

The northern part of the island features only one bay called ‘Mango Bay’, with two hillside resorts. This section of the island is difficult to get to over land due to very steep roads, using a taxi boat is recommended.

To make it easier for you to find your type of accommodation, we have arranged bungalows, resorts, cabanas, hotels etc. into four categories of accommodation. Click on any of them for a complete presentation (includes photos and genuine prices) of all the island's resorts:

Budget accommodation
Prices for budget accommodation starts at 500 Baht a night, which will accommodate you in a simpler wooden bungalow fitted with fans and a cold shower bathroom.

Mid Range accommodation
Mid range accommodation with prices from 1,200 Baht a night to 2,500 Baht a night will provide you with a selection of more spacious wooden/concrete bungalows with hot water. Basic air conditioned rooms start from 1,200 Baht a night.

High End accommodation
High end accommodation (2,500 - 4,000 Baht a night) will guarantee you a place close to the beach, air condition, a host of tv channels, hot water bath room, flushing toilet and other "western" facilities.
