If you wish to place a booking for more than one hotel or more than one check in date, please complete a separate booking form for each individual resort or check in date.

Some additional information that may be of assistance:

• We do not require any credit card details when you complete the booking form.
• We understand and respect the importance of your privacy and security.

• We aim to keep cancellation charges as low as possible. For details please refer to our cancellation policy.

After sending the booking form to us you will immediately receive an e-mail detailing your booking request. We will then process your booking and aim to confirm your booking or advice on resort availability within 24 hours.

If your selected resort is available we will send you an e-mail informing you of the details of your booking, total cost and a payment link. If your selected resort is unavailable we will suggest an alternative hotel for your consideration.

We accept payment by Visa or American Express credit cards. If your selected resort is unavailable then no charges will apply.

• If your selected resort is available, our booking confirmation e-mail will contain a secure online payment link.
• Payment will have to be made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation e-mail.
• Our cancellation policy will apply once we have received payment.

Once your payment has been authorized by our bank, we will send you the resort voucher (via e-mail) which should be presented upon check-in.
