Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the resort is available and you have secured your room reservation by paying the deposit.

Please note that cancellation charges may vary due to some resorts having more strict cancellations policies. In these cases we will advise you by e-mail. To cancel a booking please complete and submit our cancellation form.

Cancellation made:
More than 7 days before arrival date:	You will be charged an administration fee of 5% of the deposit paid to cover online transaction costs.
6-3 days before arrival date:	A cancellation fee of one night will be charged providing that the deposit charged at the time of booking will cover one night’s room charge.
2-0 days before arrival date:	You will be charged the full deposit.
Cancellation made:
15 days or less before arrival date:	A cancellation fee of one night will be charged providing that the deposit charged at the time of booking will cover one night’s room charge.
7 days or less before arrival date:	You will be charged a cancellation fee of two nights providing that the deposit charged at the time of booking will cover two night’s room charge.
2-0 days before arrival date:	You will be charged the full deposit.
Cancellation made:
Less than 45 days before arrival date:	A cancellation fee of two nights will be charged providing that the deposit charged at the time of booking will cover two night’s room charge.
30 days or less before arrival date:	You will be charged the full deposit.
